Dear Customer, after 7 years of keeping our flat-rate p & p rates the same, we have reluctantly had to increase our standard rates. Royal Mail increase their tariffs year on year and for Europe and Canada/USA, these rates have been climbing steadily but to a lesser extent, the Rest of the World. We have been absorbing the extra costs but feel we now have to make some increase to these rates. We have also added a second layer of p & p so that customers who prefer their packages to be tracked now have that option.
