Postal rates are based on Standard Second Class Royal Mail services for UK mail. We use Royal Mail airmail for all other orders and offer the opportunity for you to add tracking.

All payments will be taken in pound £ sterling.
Payments are taken at the time of order. Any items not available will be refunded.
Your credit card company will convert the payment into your local currency at their exchange rate.
Under normal circumstances we aim to process your order within 2 to 3 working days, however, during this pandemic, turn-around time is slower. Please be assured that we continue to process your order as soon as possible. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been despatched. Cancellation of orders
A full refund will be made in the event of a cancellation of an order providing this is done before your order has been despatched. Cancellations after despatch will require you to return the goods to us at your cost and we will only refund the cost of the goods.
Returns and Replacements
A customer may return goods within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the goods, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were first supplied. Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of our receipt of returned goods.
Missing goods, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or by telephone within 7 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to correct faults and replace where possible, however the goods may be returned for a full refund (including postage).
