In recent months, some of our EU customers have experienced long delays from us despatching orders to receipt. This is in part due to the current border problems. Despite this we are still processing orders but ask that customers are prepared for delays of up to a month before receiving their orders after despatch. We also request that you opt for Tracked shipping so that we can all see where the hold up is happening.
We thank all our customers for their orders throughout the past year and their patience when lead times have been extended. Together we have survived pandemic lockdowns and it is our hope we can build on this survival success.
