One of the smaller frigates of the  American navy, Chesapeake saw action in 1813 with the Shannon 38.  This was a short, hard fought fight with the Chesapeake hitting the Shannon over 300 times and receiving 500 hits herself before surrendering.  Hull is cast in resin, has etched brass ratlines, assembly instructions and sail template.  Etched brass sails are available as an optional extra, see MTC06.

Santisima Trinidad, described as the biggest ship in the world, she was actually smaller than the French 118 gun ships though bigger than the other Spanish first rates and definitely bigger than any British ship until the Hibernia of 1801.
